Silk Screen or Printed Badge

Silkscreen Badge
Silk Screen method of manufacturing is good for very small badges that require 3 to 4 colors. This is not the cheapest way to produce a badge as each color requires an individual Silkscreen.

Printed Badge
The printed badge is also known as screen-printing or Full Colour Offset Printing. Images on these badges can be made to resemble a photo and can have 5 colors or more. Below are sample images of Silkscreen and Printed Badges.
